User Agreement

ReadyToGo

Welcome to ReadyToGo, a mobile application created to bring together people with similar interests, hobbies and professions, as well as to organize and attend personal and virtual events and meetings. By downloading and using ReadyToGo, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ReadyToGo, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, as well as any additional terms that may apply to specific features or services of the application. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use ReadyToGo.

2. Right to Use

To use certain features of ReadyToGo, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify ReadyToGo of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use ReadyToGo only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights or restrict the use and enjoyment of the application by third parties. You agree not to use ReadyToGo to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable;

  • Harass, intimidate or threaten other ReadyToGo users;

  • Use ReadyToGo for commercial purposes without the prior consent of ReadyToGo;

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

  • Engage in any activity that may lead to a breach of security or integrity of ReadyToGo's systems or any other user of the application.

4. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

ReadyToGo provides you with access to a variety of content, including photos, videos, text and other materials. All information available through ReadyToGo is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use this content without the prior written consent of the intellectual property rights holders, except where permitted by law.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

ReadyToGo is not responsible for content posted by users of the application. ReadyToGo is also not responsible for any losses or damages related to the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

6. Changes to Terms of Service

ReadyToGo reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by posting the updated terms of service in the application. Continued use of ReadyToGo after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination

ReadyToGo may terminate your right to use the application at any time if these terms of service are violated.

By downloading and using the ReadyToGo application, you confirm that you have read this user agreement, agree to its terms and undertake to comply with them while using the application.
